About the Role We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our team at North Lake Care Center in Lake Park, Florida. As an ADON, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of care and services are provided to our residents. You will lead and mentor our nursing staff, develop and implement programs to improve patient outcomes, and promote a positive and caring environment.
