The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with the ability to design, maintain, and repair various HVAC equipment. This role requires mechanical knowledge and experience in property maintenance, ensuring that all HVAC systems operate efficiently and effectively. Duties Design and implement HVAC systems tailored to client specifications. Perform routine maintenance and inspections on heating and cooling equipment. Conduct equipment repair and appliance repair as needed, utilizing tools such as an ohmmeter for diagnostics. Troubleshoot issues related to ammonia refrigeration systems and other HVAC components. Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely and effective service delivery. Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions related to HVAC systems. Experience Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or in a similar role is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in equipment repair and property maintenance. Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus. Ability to work independently or as part of a team, demonstrating effective communication skills. A valid HVAC certification or relevant technical training is desirable but not mandatory.
