Job Description
We are looking for an Admission Director to join our growing team! The Groves Center has been serving the Lake Wales and Eastern Polk County area for over 35 years. Our facility is located close to local hospitals. We provide post-acute services, rehabilitative services, skilled nursing, short and long term care through Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists; The Admission Director is responsible for coordinating and implementing effective facility Business Development programs in Skilled Nursing Facilities. Drives qualified inquiries into the facility. Improve and maintain a positive image of the facility with residents, the community, and other staff personnel. Will manage and coordinate referrals from providers, facilities, or any customer source and convert appropriate referrals. Will work closely with the Admission Director, Administrator, Business Development Consultant, and facility Business Development team members in the development and execution of the Quarterly Business Development Plan.
