Provide instructional leadership in education by supporting ongoing training programs for nursing staff and integrating innovative teaching methodologies. Act as a key liaison between clinical teams, administrative staff, patients, families, and external regulatory bodies to ensure seamless communication and service excellence. Skills Proven expertise in strategic planning and organizational development within healthcare or educational environments. Strong management skills with experience in staff supervision, personnel management in education or healthcare settings, and team leadership. Deep understanding of state-specific education laws relevant to healthcare training programs or academic institutions. Demonstrated ability in budgeting, financial oversight, and resource allocation to support departmental goals. Exceptional leadership qualities with a track record of guiding teams through change management and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Knowledge of instructional leadership principles applied to clinical education or academic programs in healthcare settings. Experience in school or university administration combined with a background in teaching or academic leadership is highly desirable.
