Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement facility policies, procedures, and standards of care Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing staff, including registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants Develop and maintain effective communication channels with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes Participate in quality improvement initiatives and compliance activities to ensure regulatory requirements are met Assist with the development and implementation of education programs for nursing staff and other healthcare professionals Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless care transitions and optimize patient flow

Requirements:
