The ideal candidate will provide clinical leadership, guidance, and support to our clinical team while overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care and helping build a strong clinical operation as we continue to grow in the Orlando market. Responsibilities Oversees the clinical operations of the Orlando office and provides leadership and support to clinical staff. Reviews available patient information related to each case, including disciplines required, to determine home care needs and assigns appropriate clinicians to the case. Reviews patients' clinical diagnoses, medications, procedures, plans of care, and clinical course. Supervises and mentors clinical staff, including RNs, LPNs, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, and other healthcare professionals. Ensures patient care is delivered in accordance with physician orders, plans of care, agency policies, and applicable state and federal regulations. Conducts regular performance evaluations and provides constructive feedback and ongoing support to clinical staff. Facilitates clinical training, education, competency, and professional development opportunities. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and oversee patient care plans. Monitors patient outcomes and ensures adherence to clinical best practices, quality standards, and regulatory guidelines. Oversees OASIS and clinical documentation to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely completion. Assists in resolving clinical issues and addressing staff concerns. Assists in the screening and interviewing process of new clinical personnel and makes recommendations for employment. Works closely with recruitment and operations to build and maintain appropriate clinical staffing as the Orlando office continues to grow. Partners with intake, scheduling, operations, and business development to support new admissions and continued census growth. Promotes a positive and collaborative working environment focused on quality patient care, communication, and accountability. Performs other duties and activities as required to support the clinical operations of the organization. Qualifications Current Florida RN license in good standing . At least two years of management or supervisory experience in the home health setting . Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with OASIS, care documentation requirements, plans of care, and interdisciplinary coordination . Experience using electronic medical record (EMR) systems such as Kinnser/WellSky preferred. Knowledge of home health clinical best practices and applicable regulatory standards. Ability to lead and develop a clinical team in a growing home health environment. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality, ethical standards, and high-quality patient care.
