We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Nursing (DON) to provide visionary leadership, ensure clinical excellence, and foster a culture of compassion and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic direction and oversight of daily Nursing Department operations. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations. Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies, procedures, and best practices. Lead Quality Assurance initiatives to maintain the highest standards of resident care. Prepare for and participate in facility surveys and regulatory inspections. Conduct regular rounds to assess performance, resident well-being, and compliance. Mentor, coach, and empower nursing staff to achieve professional and organizational goals.

Qualifications:

Active Florida RN license (required). Minimum 3 years of progressive nursing leadership experience in Long-Term Care. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop clinical teams.
