Director of Nursing - Ambulatory Infusion Services Palm Beach Gardens, FL (Corporate Office)
Salary:
Up to $155,000 Full-Time Travel Required Across Florida Clinic Locations Lead the Future of Ambulatory Infusion Nursing An established and rapidly expanding ambulatory infusion provider is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to lead clinical operations across multiple outpatient infusion centers throughout Florida. This is a senior leadership opportunity for a nursing professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care, developing high-performing clinical teams, and driving operational excellence within a fast-growing specialty infusion organization. Reporting directly to executive leadership, you'll play a key role in shaping clinical strategy, standardising nursing practices, supporting new clinic openings, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership across multiple ambulatory infusion clinics. Lead and support Registered Nurses, Nurse Practitioners and Medical Assistants. Develop, implement and maintain nursing policies, procedures and clinical protocols. Ensure exceptional patient care, safety and regulatory compliance. Support new clinic openings and standardise clinical operations across all locations. Lead recruitment, onboarding, mentoring and professional development of nursing staff. Oversee competency assessments, continuing education and emergency preparedness programmes. Conduct quality assurance initiatives including chart audits, medication reviews and performance improvement projects. Manage clinical operations including infusion supplies, emergency medications, cold chain management, drug recalls and equipment readiness. Act as the clinical subject matter expert for specialty infusion therapies. What We're Looking ForEssential Active Florida RN or APRN licence. BSN required. Minimum 7 years' infusion nursing experience. Minimum 5 years' nursing leadership experience. Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills. Extensive knowledge of ambulatory infusion services. Preferred MSN, MHA or MBA. Multi-site leadership experience. CRNI certification.
BLS & ACLS
certifications. Clinical Experience Required Candidates should have significant experience with specialty infusion therapies including: IVIG Biologics Iron Infusions Osteoporosis Therapies Neurology & Multiple Sclerosis Treatments Specialty Injectable Medications What You'll Achieve Standardise nursing excellence across multiple clinic locations. Build and develop high-performing clinical teams. Maintain outstanding patient care and documentation standards. Ensure continuous regulatory compliance and survey readiness.
