Job Description

The Club at Wellington Assisted Living is now accepting applications for a Director of Nursing. Ideal candidate must have significant familiarity with the Florida adult care home rules and regulations. In the role of Director of Nursing, LPN, you will oversee nursing operations and ensure high-quality patient care within our assisted living facility. Reporting to the Executive Director, you will leverage your management and nursing administration skills to supervise staff, maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations, and manage EHR systems. Your experience in nursing homes and home health will be vital in upholding resident rights and enhancing care delivery. With an LPN license and CPR certification, you will lead a dedicated team in providing compassionate and effective healthcare services.
Required Experience:
A. Education High school diploma or GED required. Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse Certification in CPR, AED and First Aide B. Direct Previous Experience Administrative and management experience required. Two years' experience in a similar healthcare position required. Five years of assisted living healthcare experience desired. Remain in good standing with all standards of the Nurse Practice Act.

Assisted living: 2 years (Preferred) Memory care: 2 years (Preferred) Nurse management: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
LPN (Preferred)
