We're hiring an Assistant Director of Nursing in Palm Beach County for a Home Care agency.

The Company:

Multiple locations Established and experienced senior leadership team Private Duty Home Care organisation Growing organisation with plans to continue expanding

The Role:

In the office once per week for documentation Maintain the current high standard of clinical quality and patient care Meet with clients and families and provide a professional, polished presence in the field Work closely with the Director of Nursing Take part in an on-call rotation, including every other weekend and every other week during weekday evenings

Required Competencies:

Current Registered Nurse (RN) licence Home Health or Home Care experience Professional, sophisticated and polished presentation Ability to think outside the box Strong relationship building skills ADON, Assistant Director of Nursing, Nurse Supervisors and Clinical Managers will be considered

Benefits:
