We have an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Director of Nursing to join our exciting and innovative senior living community and help us to maintain the traditions of excellence in this well-respected organization. The Director of Nursing is responsible for overseeing the delivery of all resident care while maintaining compliance with state, federal, and corporate expectations and guidelines at all times. Care delivery will be tailored to fit each resident and to reflect approaches best for those we serve. Main areas of focus and oversight include the following: care management, medication management, risk management, and quality assurance, and staff management. This role directly supervises, motivates, and encourages all resident care staff. An unwavering focus on customer service and resident and family relations are critical. Qualified candidates will have a compassionate and caring style with a professional nursing license in good standing in the state of GA. They will lead by example with unwavering customer service demonstrated by healthy and thriving resident and family relationships.
