The Parkside Group is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and dynamic Director of Nursing (DON) to join Parkside at Ivey Ridge, our newly constructed skilled nursing facility in Alpharetta, Georgia. Our facility is fully licensed and preparing to welcome its first residents. We're looking for a clinical leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional resident care, mentoring nursing teams, achieving outstanding quality outcomes, and creating a culture where employees and residents thrive. What You'll Do Provide leadership and oversight for all nursing operations within the facility. Promote a culture of compassionate, resident-centered care and clinical excellence. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining survey readiness. Partner with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team to achieve exceptional clinical, operational, and customer service outcomes. Monitor quality measures and implement initiatives to improve resident outcomes. Mentor, support, and develop nurse managers, charge nurses, and nursing staff. Oversee infection prevention, clinical documentation, medication management, and regulatory compliance. Review clinical systems and processes to ensure the highest standards of care. Foster strong relationships with residents, families, physicians, hospitals, and community partners. Help establish a positive, collaborative workplace where employees are engaged and supported. Qualifications Current Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) license required. Previous experience as a Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing in a skilled nursing facility strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, survey processes, infection prevention, quality measures, and long-term care operations. Proven ability to lead clinical teams, improve quality outcomes, and maintain regulatory compliance. Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills.
