Director of Nursing (DON) Buchanan Healthcare Center | Buchanan, GA $82,000-$105,000/year | Full-Time | 60-Bed Skilled Nursing Facility Small building. Strong team. Real authority. This is the DON role you actually want. Buchanan Healthcare Center is looking for a Director of Nursing who wants to lead a 60-bed skilled nursing facility where you know every resident by name and your decisions directly shape the care they receive. You report to the Administrator. You run the nursing department. This is real leadership, not middle management.

Pay:
$82,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
