POSITION SUMMARY
To provide superior quality, competitive value and outstanding service by being responsible for the overall management of the day to day clinical operations of the facility while maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Degree required. Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred with an emphasis in Public Health. Current CPR/BLS certification.ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of ten (10) years clinical experience with Quality Plans, Risk Management and Pharmacy Management. Must be proficient in Electronic Medical Records (EMR).Experience in the clinical operational management of community health centers.Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and excellent collaboration skills.
