This is a full-time role, Monday - Friday with on call rotation required

What You'll Do:
Provide leadership and oversight for nursing services, ensuring high-quality care and clinical excellence throughout the community Implement nursing best practices and regulatory standards to support positive resident outcomes and compliance Develop, mentor, and educate nursing staff, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement Enhance communication between staff, residents, and families to promote trust, engagement, and exceptional customer service Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address the unique healthcare needs of residents and support individualized care planning
What You'll Need:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) License with the State of Minnesota Must be 18 year of age or older Previous Director of Nursing experience is preferred but not required Benefits Information for
