Director of Care Management Location:
Des Moines, IA 50309
Duration:

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Regional Care Management Leader to oversee care management operations across a large healthcare system. Responsible for team leadership, care coordination, performance, and operational excellence.
Requirements:
36+ months Care Management experience
  • Required 36+ months interim/progressive leadership experience
  • Required Experience supervising 10+ FTE/PRN/temporary staff
  • Required Experience in a 600+ bed hospital or large multi-hospital healthcare system
  • Required BSN, Bachelor's in Healthcare Management, or LISW
  • Required EPIC experience
  • Highly Preferred Master's in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred Proficient with Microsoft tools Stratus finance system experience preferred
