Up to $50/hr based on experience Keosauqua Health Care is seeking an experienced and dedicated Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) - RN to join our skilled nursing facility in Keosauqua, IA. The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) assists in directing and overseeing the daily operations of the Nursing Department under the supervision of the Director of Nursing. This leadership role supports clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, staff development, and high-quality resident care.
