$90,000•96,000 per year + Relocation Assistance Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Assistant Director•LVN Program to support the leadership and administration of our Vocational Nursing (LVN) Program. This position works closely with the Program Director to ensure academic excellence, regulatory compliance, faculty development, and student success. The ideal candidate is a motivated nursing educator with strong leadership skills and a passion for preparing future nurses. Key Responsibilities Assist with the daily operations and administration of the LVN Program. Support curriculum planning, implementation, and continuous program improvement. Recruit, mentor, and evaluate nursing faculty. Ensure compliance with state Board of Nursing regulations, accreditation standards, and institutional policies. Monitor student performance, retention, graduation, and licensure outcomes. Assist with faculty scheduling, clinical coordination, and program planning. Participate in accreditation reviews, audits, and regulatory reporting. Collaborate with campus leadership to achieve program goals and maintain educational excellence. Promote a positive, student-centered learning environment. Support admissions, orientation, and student advising activities as needed. Required Qualifications Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) required. Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license or eligibility for Idaho RN licensure. Minimum of 3 years of nursing education experience. Previous teaching experience in an LVN/VN or nursing program. Strong knowledge of Board of Nursing regulations and accreditation standards.
