Job Description
Executive Director - Skilled Nursing Facility Full-Time | Exempt We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead operations at our skilled nursing facility in Illinois. The Executive Director provides overall leadership and direction for the facility, ensuring regulatory compliance, high-quality resident care, financial performance, and strong engagement with staff, residents, families, and community partners. Key Responsibilities Provide executive leadership for all facility operations and departments Ensure compliance with Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) and federal skilled nursing regulations Maintain continuous survey readiness and oversee successful state and federal surveys Manage census, budgets, financial performance, and operational outcomes Lead, mentor, and retain a high-performing interdisciplinary leadership team Serve as the primary liaison with residents, families, physicians, regulators, and ownership Qualifications Current Illinois Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in good standing (required for SNF operations) Bachelor's degree 2-5+ years of executive or senior leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care Strong regulatory knowledge, financial acumen, and leadership skills We Offer Competitive salary and benefits Supportive ownership and regional leadership Opportunity to lead a mission-driven, resident-focused organization
