What You'll Do:
Provide leadership and guidance to our nursing team, ensuring high-quality clinical care for residents. Collaborate closely with residents, families, and staff to create a caring and positive environment. Oversee day-to-day nursing operations, ensuring compliance with all federal and state regulations. Mentor and support nursing staff, fostering professional growth and a team-oriented culture. Partner with other department leaders to continuously improve resident care and satisfaction.What We're Looking For:
A current RN license in the state of Illinois. Previous experience in nursing leadership (long-term care or skilled nursing preferred).
