We are looking for an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to join our Supportive Living community. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on, approachable nursing leader who enjoys supporting their team, developing staff, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors. What You'll Do Lead, support, and develop our nursing and clinical team Oversee the delivery of quality, resident-centered care Ensure compliance with Illinois Supportive Living Program requirements and applicable regulations Partner closely with the Executive Director and leadership team Support staffing, training, clinical documentation, and quality initiatives Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members Help create a welcoming, supportive culture for residents and employees What We're Looking For Active Illinois RN license required Nursing leadership experience as a DON, ADON, Wellness Director, Director of Nursing Services, or similar role Supportive Living experience is highly preferred Assisted Living, Senior Living, Long-Term Care, or other healthcare leadership experience will also be considered Strong knowledge of clinical operations, compliance, and resident care A warm, collaborative leadership style with the ability to coach and develop a team Someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable being a visible, hands-on leader What We Offer You Competitive salary of $100,000-$120,000 annually , based on experience Medical, dental, and vision insurance | Multiple plan options to choose from Paid Time Off (PTO), 401(k) retirement plan, Disability coverage Supportive leadership and a collaborative team environment The opportunity to make a meaningful impact on residents, families, and staff If you're an experienced nursing leader who believes great care starts with a strong, supported team, we'd love to connect with you.
