! Director of Nursing (DON) - Registered Nurse Tutera Senior Living - Bethany Rehabilitation & Health Care Center | Locally owned senior care provider with 106 total communities across 11 different states. Care ranges from assisted living to rehab, memory care and skilled nursing.
Location:
Dekalb, IL Join a compassionate senior care team dedicated to providing exceptional care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. We're seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to step into a DON leadership roles at a 101-bed rehabilitation and health care center. Salaried Role - $120,000+ (increases with experience)
Hours:
Monday - Friday | will need some flexibility, will have staggered start time frames to have longer supervisory coverage
•weekends, and call coverage will be handled based on an internal rotation
•schedules will typically be outlined at least 1 month in advance
What You'll Need:
Active Illinois RN license (or willingness to obtain before start), temporary IL license may be considered BLS certification
DON:
2 years of Director of Nursing experience in LTC or SNF (will not accept candidate with only AL experience)
