We're looking for a caring, experienced Director of Nursing to join our team at a skilled nursing facility in the Elmhurst area. What You'll Be Doing:
Leading and supporting our nursing team, helping them grow, develop, and feel confident in the care they provide. Ensuring our residents receive compassionate, high-quality care that promotes dignity, comfort, and overall well-being. Staying connected to the clinical side—guiding best practices, supporting complex care needs, and remaining hands-on when it matters most. Building meaningful relationships with residents and families, creating a warm, welcoming environment where everyone feels heard and supported. Collaborating with a friendly, interdisciplinary team to deliver personalized, resident-centered care plans. Managing staffing, scheduling, and daily clinical operations to ensure smooth, efficient care delivery. Serving as a trusted clinical and emotional resource for residents, families, and staff alike.What We're Looking For:
Active Illinois RN license. 3-5 years of leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care. Strong knowledge of regulations, compliance, and quality standards.
