Duties:
- Medicare A Chart Auditing
- Psychotropic Monitoring
- ADL Restorative Observations
- INR Monitoring
- Orientation of New Nursing Staff
- Reports as Assigned by the DON
- AIMs Testing
- Restorative Programs
- Quality Improvement Program
- Employee Immunizations
- Other duties as assigned by the

Paycom Scheduling Requirements:
- Current Illinois RN License
- 2-4 Years of Management Experience as an RN in a Long-Term Care Setting
- Ability to Pass a Criminal Background Check
