Registered Nurse leader sought for the Director of Nursing (DON, DNS) role at a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in western Illinois just an hour northeast of St Louis, MO . This property is on the upswing! Positive progress is already being made toward improving clinical outcomes. We hope to identify a top tier RN with a track record of success developing teams in long-term care and skilled nursing facility settings. At this SNF you will be well supported! The Nursing Home Administrator (who is also a nurse) deeply appreciates the needs of the clinical team and will have your back as DON here. You will also enjoy collaborating with a talented ADON and with Regional Clinical leaders who will give you the dedication you deserve as you launch in this new DON job.
