As the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), you support the Director of Nursing (DON) in managing all of the daily clinical operations of our Skilled Nursing Facility, ensuring regulatory compliance, and overseeing clinical staff to deliver an unparalleled standard of patient care. Key duties include developing care standards, supervising staff performance, managing schedules and assisting with clinical audits. To be eligible for consideration applicants should have: Active, unencumbered State of Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license. 3-5+ years of clinical nursing experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory role in a skilled nursing facility is preferred. Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) system Point Click Care (PCC) preferred. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. C.P.R.
