Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and oversight for all nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies and procedures Oversee staffing, scheduling, and performance management Lead infection control, quality assurance, and risk management programs Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social services, and interdisciplinary teams Monitor resident care plans and clinical outcomes Manage department budget and supplies Serve as primary contact during state surveys and audits Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment
