Looking for an experience and enthused Director of Nursing.

Key Responsibilities Staff Management:

Oversees hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, and daily supervision of the nursing team.

Budget and Administration:

Manages departmental budgets, tracks expenses, and plans financial resource allocations.

Policy and Compliance:

Develops clinical procedures and ensures the facility complies with local, state, and federal healthcare laws.

Communication Liaison:

Acts as a bridge between the frontline nursing staff, doctors, patient families, and upper administration.

Quality Assurance:

Monitors standards of care and implements programs to improve patient health outcomes
