Job Description
Pulaski Health Care Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing to be responsible for leading the direct care staff in the delivery of quality nursing services to enable each resident to attain or maintain the highest practical physical, mental and psychosocial well-being. The Director of Nursing establishes the overall quality, adequacy of services provided and the supervision of the nursing staff, ensuring quality client care that is in compliance with regulatory requirements, professional standards and the facility's policies and procedures.
