This role is ideal for a Registered Nurse (RN) who is ready to deepen their leadership impact while remaining actively engaged in resident care and team development. This role may also be known as: Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON - Skilled Nursing), RN Nurse Manager, RN Clinical Supervisor, Assistant Nurse Manager, or Nursing Leadership RN.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Assist in the leadership, supervision, and development of nursing staff Ensure quality resident care, safety, and compliance Support clinical excellence and continuous quality improvement

Qualifications:

Graduate of an approved school of nursing Current Registered Nurse (RN) license Prior experience in skilled nursing or long-term care
