We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing to oversee our nursing department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and leadership, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and supervision of nursing staff
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive resident care
- Monitor and evaluate nursing care to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
- Conduct regular assessments of resident needs and update care plans accordingly
- Ensure accurate documentation and review of medical records

Experience:
- Anatomy knowledge
