Director of Nursing (DON)
Pay:
$90,000 - $104,000 per year
Location:
Madisonville KY We are a wellestablished skilled nursing facility in Western Kentucky seeking a Director of Nursing who is committed to highquality, residentcentered care . Our facility is entering a period of positive improvements with strengthened systems, enhanced clinical support, and a renewed focus on quality, consistency, and accountability . We are looking for a DON who leads with compassion, sets clear expectations, supports staff, and prioritizes excellence in every aspect of resident care. Position Overview The Director of Nursing oversees all nursing services and ensures residents receive safe, consistent, and compassionate care . You will join a supportive administrative team invested in quality outcomes, staff development, and creating a strong, dependable care environment.
