This leader will oversee daily clinical operations, mentor nursing staff, maintain regulatory compliance, and partner with the interdisciplinary team to improve quality outcomes, employee engagement, and resident satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and inspire the nursing team while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Promote a culture focused on clinical excellence, resident-centered care, and continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including CMS standards. Monitor quality measures and implement initiatives that improve resident outcomes and survey readiness. Collaborate with the Administrator, Medical Director, and interdisciplinary team to achieve organizational goals. Oversee staffing, scheduling, and workforce development to support quality care. Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation. Develop future nursing leaders through coaching, education, and ongoing support. Identify opportunities to improve workflows, enhance resident care, and strengthen team performance. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Louisiana. Previous nursing leadership experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care setting preferred. Demonstrated success leading teams, improving clinical outcomes, and fostering employee engagement. Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, survey process, quality measures, and long-term care operations. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
