We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable nurse (LPN or RN) to join our team and help lead our nursing staff while ensuring exceptional resident care. Experience in long-term care preferred. Full-time position; Day shift

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the Director of Nursing with daily clinical operations Supervise, coach, and support CNA staff Monitor resident care, documentation, and changes in condition Oversee infection prevention and control Monitor and follow up on resident weights and nutritional concerns Assist with staffing, training, audits, QAPI, and regulatory compliance Provide hands-on support to nursing staff when needed Promote teamwork, accountability, and excellent resident care

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Current Louisiana RN or LPN license Skilled nursing/long-term care experience preferred Leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills A positive, team-oriented attitude and genuine commitment to resident care Competitive Salary and Benefit Package.
