This role works closely with the Director of Nursing to oversee clinical operations, support nursing staff, maintain regulatory compliance, and ensure excellent resident care within our skilled nursing facility.

Qualifications:

Active Massachusetts RN license required SNF / long-term care experience required Nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills
