$106,000-$110,000 per year Andover Manor Rehab and Nursing is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a full-time RN Assistant Director of Nursing. Working alongside the Director of Nursing, the Assistant Director of Nursing helps oversee the daily operation of the nursing department while supporting staff, maintaining regulatory compliance, and promoting exceptional resident care. If you're an experienced RN with strong leadership skills and a commitment to quality resident care, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Assist the Director of Nursing with the daily management of the nursing department. Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff. Help maintain compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations. Participate in quality assurance initiatives and survey preparedness. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to promote exceptional resident care. Assist with staffing coordination and daily clinical operations. Qualifications Active RN license required. Massachusetts licensure required prior to start date. Skilled nursing and/or long-term care experience required. Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Ability to exercise sound judgment and make independent decisions.
