SKILLED NURSING EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR/ADMINISTRATOR

Blaire House of Milford is a 73-bed skilled nursing center. We have been family owned and operated, servicing the health care needs of seniors for nearly 50 years. Blaire House of Milford is a Five Star Quality Rated Nursing Facility. We specialize in Short Term Care, Long Term Care, Rehabilitation, Sub-acute Care, and Alzheimer's Specialty Care. Our facility also hosts an Adult Day Health Center, Senior Transportation and Home Care Services.

Job Summary:

Responsible for the total operation of the Long-Term Care facility. The position demands an in-depth proficiency in all the various components comprising the delivery of goods and services to residents of a Long-Term Care Facility. As a manager of a proprietary business, the Executive Director is called upon to exhibit and to practice proven managerial skills in areas such as public relations, marketing, purchasing, budgeting, employee relations and evaluations, overall fiscal management, and both short-term and long-term planning, research, and development.

Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in human services management, housing management or nursing home management. Masters preferred but not necessary. •Massachusetts Nursing Home Administrator license is required•

Salary:

$105,000 with company vehicle; $115,000 without company vehicle

Pay:

$105,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
