Director of Nursing -
Salem, MA Salary:
$130,000-$150,000 annually
Sign-On Bonus:
Up to $7,000 Requirements Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license. Minimum 2 years of Director of Nursing or Long-Term Care leadership experience . Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local long-term care regulations. Experience with staff scheduling, clinical operations, policy development, and regulatory compliance. Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams.
