Key Responsibilities:
Lead the nursing department in delivering high-quality care that aligns with our mission and compliance standards. Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of nursing staff. Implement and review clinical operations and policies to ensure efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards. Coordinate with other departments to facilitate comprehensive patient care and administrative efficiency. Monitor patient care for quality assurance and implement improvements as needed. Develop and manage the nursing budget, ensuring resource allocation aligns with departmental goals.
Requirements:
Current RN license and BSN required, MSN or relevant advanced degree preferred. At least 3 years of nursing experience, with previous experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting. Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating with staff, management, and external partners. Deep understanding of healthcare regulations, patient care standards, and ethical practices.
