- Oversee day-to-day clinical nursing operations within an outpatient oncology setting
- Provide leadership, supervision, and support to nursing staff
- Ensure delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care in alignment with clinical standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and treatment plans
- Monitor and maintain compliance with regulatory and organizational policies Required Qualifications
- Valid ed Nurse (RN) license
- Prior oncology experience
- Demonstrated leadership or management experience in a clinical setting Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior outpatient clinical experience
- Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) certification
