What You'll Do:
Lead with
Purpose:
Provide hands-on oversight and leadership to Providers, LPN/LVNs, and Medical Assistants, setting objectives and ensuring high standards at every level.
Mentor and Develop:
Conduct training, skills assessments, and mentorship to foster continuous learning and professional growth for your team.
Optimize Quality:
Establish and refine clinical policies, procedures, and workflows; ensure compliance with licensure, certification, and regulatory requirements.
Drive Excellence:
Analyze and enhance quality and performance metrics for better patient outcomes. Collaborate for
Success:
Work with the Executive Team and multidisciplinary colleagues to create education content, drive quality initiatives, and champion best practices.
Innovate and Implement:
Support new clinical programs and initiatives to keep NIVA Health at the forefront of wound care.
What You'll Bring:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Required). Wound Care certification (preferred or required within 45 days of hire). Wound care experience Minimum of 4 years in wound care and 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role. Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to guide and support a diverse clinical team. A passion for patient-centered care and professional excellence. Why NIVA Health?

Base salary of up to $95,000 plus a generous bonus program.
