The RN Director will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, managing daily clinical operations, and ensuring the organization's mission and goals are achieved effectively Key Responsibilities Assume responsibility and accountability for the delivery of industry recognized home care nursing and health related services to the agency's patients to include catastrophically injured, Medicare and senior home care patients. Perform starts of care visits and establish care plans, perform supervisory nursing visits while monitoring patient care Communicate with the agency's patients, their families, case managers, physicians and the interdisciplinary team Participate in the agencies Quality Assurance program, including chart audits Maintain all state required education and licensure for Registered Nurse, participating in at least six educational events per year. Obtain CCM within one year of employment and maintain it thereafter. Qualifications Catastrophic Injury Home Care experience preffered Active RN license in the state of MI Minimum of 5 years of senior management experience, homecare. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups and build consensus. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing environments.
