Bachelor's Degree in Nursing- AND•a Master's degree in Public Health, Nursing, Health Administration, Health Education, Human Services or Public Administration•AND•five (5) years of comprehensive public health nursing experience, two (2) years of which must be in a public health nursing supervisory capacity.
