In this onsite role, you will oversee nursing services, champion resident-centered care, and ensure regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include managing staffing and scheduling, coaching and developing clinical teams, driving quality and infection control initiatives, and collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. Responsibilities Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership for all nursing services within the facility. Ensure high-quality, resident-centered clinical care and positive outcomes. Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and accreditation regulations. Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor nursing staff across all shifts. Lead quality improvement, infection control, and risk management initiatives. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams on care plans. Monitor staffing levels, workflows, and acuity to ensure safe, efficient care. Engage residents and families, addressing concerns and promoting satisfaction. Oversee clinical documentation, audits, and EHR accuracy. Support organizational initiatives, staff education, and professional development.
