$250k - $270k (Commensurate with experience) Job Summary We are seeking an elite, results-driven Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to spearhead the clinical operations of a well-established healthcare group operating across Michigan. This executive role provides comprehensive clinical oversight for a large-scale portfolio comprising of SNF beds, Assisted Living and Independent Living communities. We are looking for a powerhouse clinical leader who will take total ownership of the region, ensure rigorous survey readiness, and build a high-performance nursing culture. Key Responsibilities Clinical Strategy & Accountability Portfolio Oversight:

Assume total accountability for clinical outcomes across a large multi-site footprint spanning SNF, Assisted Living, and Independent Living communities

Standardization & Quality:

Implement unified clinical protocols and high-level operating standards to ensure exceptional resident care and clinical consistency.

Regulatory Compliance & Survey Readiness Mock Surveys:

Routinely conduct rigorous mock surveys across all facilities to ensure 365-day survey readiness and mitigate regulatory risk.

Compliance Enforcement:

Address clinical deficiencies head-on, holding building-level teams strictly accountable to state and federal healthcare regulations.

Clinical Leadership & Team Management Regional Support:

Direct Regional Nurses to drive facility-level clinical improvements.

Personnel Decisions:

Exercise full authority to evaluate, hire, and restructure clinical leadership teams as needed to ensure optimal building performance.

Qualifications and Experience Executive Clinical Experience:

Proven track record as a CNO or high-level multi-site clinical leader managing large-scale portfolios

Operational Authority:

A decisive, take-charge operator who commands respect, instills accountability, and possesses the strength to make personnel and operational decisions.

Regulatory Expertise:

Deep mastery of state and federal regulations, survey protocols, and mock survey execution.

Travel:

Willingness to travel extensively across the Michigan portfolio.
