Newberry, MI Position Overview:

RN, Registered Nurse DON, Director of Nursing, RN Supervisor LTC, Long Term Care Department $2,686 weekly gross on 40 hours Local pay packages also available 8-hour day shifts 26-week direct contract with high potential to extend Job Overview Lead and oversee all clinical operations within the Long-Term Care department. Ensure compliance with CMS, state/federal regulations, accreditation standards, and hospital policies. Direct, supervise, coach, and develop RNs, LPNs, nurse aides, and support staff. Develop staffing plans, operating goals, budgets, and strategies to improve efficiency and quality. Oversee QA/PI initiatives, quality meetings, resident outcomes, and continuous improvement efforts. Provide nursing and administrative leadership, including participation in the Long-Term Care Administrator On-Call rotation. Experience & Qualifications Minimum 3 years of LTC or Acute Care nursing experience Minimum 3 years of DON, RN Supervisor or Nurse Managment experience Strong ability to lead and collaborate with diverse teams, communicate effectively, stay organized, manage competing demands, and recognize areas for process improvement. Skilled in overseeing department finances and supporting quality improvement initiatives to enhance processes, efficiency, and overall performance. Licensure & Certifications MI RN license in good standing AHA BLS to learn more!
