What You'll Do:
Empower the
Team:
Interview, hire, and mentor nursing staff to help them reach their full potential.
Clinical Oversight:
Assist the DON in managing daily nursing operations and supervising care delivery.
Infection Prevention:
Act as the community's subject matter expert on safety and infection control. Leadership in

Step into the Acting DON role when needed, using your independent judgment to drive success.
What You'll Need:
