Active Minnesota RN license required Responsibilities Provide clinical leadership and oversight for nursing operations Supervise and support nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams Ensure quality, safe, and compliant resident care Monitor clinical practices, documentation, and care plans Support staffing, scheduling, and daily nursing operations Assist with regulatory and quality assurance requirements Collaborate with physicians, residents, families, and other healthcare professionals Provide guidance and mentorship to nursing staff Monitor resident outcomes and address clinical concerns Maintain compliance with applicable nursing and long-term care standards Requirements Active Minnesota RN license required Previous Director of Nursing, Assistant DON, Nursing Supervisor, or LTC leadership experience Experience in skilled nursing / long-term care Strong clinical leadership and staff-management skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a post-acute environment Familiarity with electronic clinical documentation preferred PointClickCare (PCC) experience preferred Why Apply?
