This pivotal role combines healthcare management expertise with strong leadership skills to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care, compliance with healthcare regulations, and efficient practice management. The ideal candidate will be passionate about healthcare excellence, possess comprehensive knowledge of medical office systems, and demonstrate a proactive approach to team supervision and operational optimization. Responsibilities Lead daily clinical operations, ensuring adherence to all health regulation policies, AAAHC standards, HIPAA compliance, and safety protocols. Oversee medical office management including scheduling, patient flow, medical records management, and EMR/EHR systems such as Allscripts or SIS Complete. Supervise healthcare staff including nurses, administrative personnel, and support teams; foster a collaborative environment focused on exceptional patient service. Manage fiscal responsibilities such as budgeting, financial management, medical billing, and practice management to optimize revenue cycle processes. Ensure compliance with healthcare laws and regulations related to managed care, utilization management, and medical administrative support. Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to uphold high standards of patient care and operational efficiency. Facilitate effective managerial communication across departments while maintaining excellent customer service standards for patients and staff alike. Qualifications Proven experience (at least 12 months) in healthcare management within an ASC or similar medical setting; Nursing experience is highly desirable. Strong supervisory skills with demonstrated success in managing teams as a healthcare practice manager or peri-operative administrator. Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems; familiarity with Microsoft Office suite is essential. Comprehensive knowledge of health regulation policies including AAAHC accreditation standards and HIPAA compliance requirements. Expertise in fiscal management including budgeting, financial analysis, and revenue cycle processes such as medical billing. Excellent managerial communication skills paired with a customer service-oriented mindset; ability to lead through change while maintaining team motivation.
