As Director of Nursing, you will play a central leadership role in guiding nursing operations and helping ensure excellent clinical care across the facility. This role is well suited to a nursing leader who values collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement, and who can work closely with clinical partners to support quality outcomes for residents. Responsibilities Lead and oversee all nursing department operations and clinical care standards. Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility nursing regulations. Manage nurse staffing, scheduling, onboarding, and performance development. Coordinate resident care plans with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. Track quality outcomes and drive continuous improvement across nursing services. Requirements Required Qualifications Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN). Current RN license. Experience working with physicians, interdisciplinary care teams, and in family or resident care discussions. Eligibility to work in the United States. Availability for on-call duties. Preferred Qualifications Experience in nursing leadership within skilled nursing care. 2 years of experience as an RN leading nursing staff in a formal people-management capacity. Proficiency with clinical documentation systems such as PointClickCare.
